The National Lottery Trust Fund (NLTF) has agreed to partner with the Defence Headquarters for the upcoming Africa Military Games, scheduled to take place in Nigeria in November. Air Vice Marshal Abidemi Marquis, Chairman of the Sport Organising Committee, led a delegation to the NLTF office to seek collaboration.

Marquis highlighted the significant economic impact of the games, estimated to be in multi-billion naira, and the opportunity for Nigeria to gain international visibility. He commended the NLTF’s new leadership.

NLTF Executive Secretary, Comrade Tosin Adeyanju praised the leadership of Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, for the improvement in national security. He assured the visiting team of NLTF’s continued partnership with the military, citing the game’s positive economic impact as a compelling reason for collaboration.
